Cancellation policy for High Season
(From Apr 1, 2011 - July 15, 2011 ; Oct 1, 2011 - Nov 10, 2011 & Dec 19, 2011 - Jan 5, 2012)::
* Confirmation subject to receipt of 50% non-refundable advance.
Cancellation received 7 or less than 7 days will incur a cancellation charge equivalent for the entire length of stay originally booked.
Cancellation policy for Low Season:
* Cut off period for cancellation 21 days - Nil Cancellation.
* Cancellation received 7-21 days, will incur cancellation charges of one night.
* Cancellation received 4-7 days, will incur cancellation charges of 50% non-refundable advance.
* Cancellation received less than 4 Days will incur a cancellation charge equivalent for the entire length of stay originally booked.
All disputes are subject to kullu jurisdiction.
