Anita mam,
This is just a small thank you mail that I decided to write
today, 5 days since I came back from a wonderful odyssey-Solang
valley resorts. I guess the contents of this mail would fall
woefully short of the euphoria that I experienced on my trip-It
was simply wonderful and service levels of the resort were
nothing short of International standards!
One other thing that I would like to highlight is the fact
that our Indian holiday destinations demand such resorts to
regain their position as the preferred choice of Holidayers-the
best part of my trip has been the fact that I received hospitality
and service that was special, customized and tailored to my
whims and fancies. Mr. Ravi and Mr.Bablu at the resort were
excellent man-managers, and anant was the surprise package
who added that extra zing to the overall experience of my
7 day stay at the resort.
A HUGE THANKS TO THE SOLANG VALLEY TEAM FOR REALLY MAKING
MY HOMEYMOON A MEMORABLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!
In the end, would just like to sum it up in these words-If
you are thinking Manali, think Solang valley resorts!!-Experience
the pinnacle of service at the pinnacles of the Himalayan
peaks!

This is Manu from Bangalore, a software engineer from Bangalore.
I spent the most memorable and relaxing time of my life
in one of your hotels in Solang Valley Resort, Solang (Himachal
Pradesh). Me and my wife were really touched by the hospitality
showed by Mr Ravi and Mr Babloo. I guess they are the managers
over there. Even the waiter, I still remember one of the
names, Naval, he was very hospitable during our dinners/breakfasts.
Well
I am very highly impressed by Mr Babloo’s affection
and charm and will refer all my frenz to visit Solang Valley
Resort, Manali for their gorgeous honeymoon.

I have just returned from Manali and had a very pleasant stay at your resort.
It is a paradise in Manali, living amidst the bounty of nature - the majestic mountains, the gushing river and the unparalleled tranquility.
I must thank the entire team under the able guidance of Mr. Aashish Khanna and Mr. Sharma.
Overall our stay was very comfortable.
Thank you for the lovely welcome dry fruit basket, it was needed at 16 degree centigrade.

I had already got this mail. Went out of my sight as the subjects were "almost same" (Must recheck my Eye Power I guess :-)). Sorry for the trouble and thanks for the information.
Something extra that I would be looking for is whether this includes the pick up and drop from the airport or not.... and also since I will be spending all my time in Manali can the cab be arranged only for a drop and pick up to and from Manali. In that case what will be the rates is what I need. I am sorry for troubling you so much, but I want to be extra careful as this is the first time I am bringing my parents out with me and I want them to enjoy their trip to the fullest. Awaiting your prompt response as usual. An extra credit to the Solang Valley Resorts team there ...
Your presentation CD was amazing. It makes me long for the day I would be visiting Manali. Great Job there. I really appreciate your customer services. Your prompt calls have made my life very easy arranging things for one of my dream destinations sitting here in Bangalore. Keep it up. (Feeling a bit odd to say this as my sister also works for the tourism industry in UK so I know how much you guys care for your customers, But I guess it is my duty to appreciate for something good I am getting).
I am free to accept any extra discounts for the appreciations that I have given you guys. ;-) ...

Hope this mail finds you all in cheers. First of all I would like to thank each and everyone from the Welcome Heritage Solang Valley Resort in Manali and Delhi for making my holiday one of the best ones I have ever had. Thanks a ton for an awesome experience. I am not sure if the same mail will be accessible to the Group in Manali. If that is a differnet Mail ID Neha, can you please forward the same to them also.
Special thanks to you Neha for making my life easier for arranging the trip. This trip was very special and close to my heart as for the first time after I started to earn I had decided to take my Mom and Dad with me. And it was an excellent experience for all of us because of the service that you had provided right from the day we started the trip till we reached back to Bangalore.
In Manali I would like to appreciate Babloo for his superb handling of guests and his contageous smile :-) which kept all of us tension free in our minds. Great Job Babloo and team. A very special thanks to the most wonderful person I met in Manali in your resort. Jhave Ram. He joined us as our guide and had totally touched our hearts and become a great personality whom we would never forget in our lives. Thanks a lot Jave Ram. You have managed to climb the ladder from just a guide to a very good friend and person whom we would cherish for our lives. My mom had asked specially to thank Jhave Ram on her behalf for being such a great person. I appreciate his help a lot for making my parents feel comfortable in a place where they were not even fluent with the language. And hey he was awesome in his Kulvi Dance and songs and flute. We enjoyed every bit of it. Being an artiste myself I can understand how difficult it is to be so talented at the same time so much down to earth. I found a very good friend in him. Thank you very much Jhave Ram. Next in my list would be Murari who was also great in helping us out in the long walks that we had in Solang Nala on our first day. Murari is also a great asset in the making for the Solang Valley resort. (I was rather selfish by asking Babloo to send Murari with me for the next day also. But when I think of it now ... I would have missed the experiences and fun that I had with Jhave Ram for the next couple of days.) Thanks to you too Murari.On the whole, You had made my dream come true in every single way I had thought the trip to be and made my parents very happy. Thanks for all your service and I am sure to continue with you guys for my trips in the future.
Hats off to the entire Solang Valley Resorts Team in Manali and Delhi. Thanks again Neha for all your efforts and the special care that you had taken for my trip. You made my Day.I am not sure if it is right to say this as it is practically not possible but I was totally touched by the kind of simple people I met in Manali. When I left the place on Saturday Morning I left with a very heavy heart. I will miss you all. I do not know if I will get a chance to meet you all again but will always cherish in my memories the experiences that I had with you people all my life. For me this trip was meant from God to make me realise there are still many wonderful people that you can meet and learn from in this World. Thanks to all of you for being just what you all are.
